Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Kathrin Murray started playing the ukulele as a young child.  She was part of an elite children’s performing group called the “Super Keiki’s” and performed throughout the state. As a teen she switched to classical guitar, and later received a Master’s Degree in guitar performance from the Peabody Conservatory.  She has blended her classical training, her childhood ukulele playing, and her lifelong love for singing to become a versatile artist.
