Q. Does your company you have any reviews of the musicians?

Q. We are hosting a large event, will classical guitar be heard/will it be loud enough?

A. Yes- We use high end sound equipment, we also supply large events with stand alone audio sound services and stage rentals. Sound will not be an issue, we can be as loud or soft as needed for your event. View our Audio Services

Q. What do your musicians wear in performance?

A. Our standard performance attire is formal dress/suit 

 

Q. When do the musicians arrive at the venue?

A. The musician(s) will arrive one hour prior to the ceremony. Prelude music will start 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

 

Q. How should I choose music?

A. Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc. will supply you with a general outline to start planning music as well as suggestions for each part via email. Please submit selections via the online form supplied in the email.

 

Q. Are you able to play special requests?

A. Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc. works with professional arrangers if a selection is not already available. ($30 per arrangement)

 

Q. Will we need electricity?

A. Yes, we bring 100 feet of extension chord. Most facilities have additional extension power chords as well. We will call the facility directly if you think this may be an issue.

 

Q. What do we need from the facility?

A. We require one chair, without arms. (Every facility has this.) We do not require any addition items from the facility. We bring all of our own equipment and are self-sufficient.

 

 

Q. When does Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc. need payment?

A. Payment may be made in the form of a check, post dated one day after the event and sent anytime prior to the wedding day. Please include the date of the wedding on the check. (Fees are not deposited until after the event has passed. If you want fee deposited prior event please instruct.)

No deposit will be needed to confirm the date, only the signed contract.

 

 

Q. What if the performer is sick/not able to perform?

A. Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc. always has several back up guitarists in case of an emergency. While this is extremely rare, the option is there for our clients.

 

Q. When does Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc need your music selections?

A. We ask our clients to provide music selections at least 4 weeks prior to the event.


Q. Does Classical Guitar Ceremonies Inc. have insurance? 

A. Yes- we carry insurance for all events. Most facilities require vendors to submit a COI. If your facility requires to be listed as additionally insured simply email us prior one week of the event and we will submit that for you.
